Refund policy
In accordance with articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return items that do not suit you, provided that you comply with the following conditions; otherwise, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. In addition, it must be in the original packaging. For a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE)
There are certain situations in which only a partial refund is granted:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to a defect on our part.
REFUND PROCEDURE (IF APPLICABLE)
If you are entitled to a refund, the procedure is as follows:
You send your product to our supplier (the address will be send by email). You are responsible for the return. Once our supplier has received and inspected the returned goods, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of the goods. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your original credit card or payment method within 5-10 days. As explained in our frequently asked questions, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE).
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before your refund is officially reserved. Then contact your bank. It usually takes some time for the refund to be reserved. If you still have not received a refund after all these steps, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
