2 years warranty
Aerodrone represents and warrants to the original purchaser that all drones and accessories purchased from Aerodrone carry a free 2-year manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions regarding products purchased from Aerodrone, please contact us and expect technical assistance and resolution in most cases.
If, during the warranty period, the product or any part thereof is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and consumption, resulting in product failure, such defect or failure will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts or work directly related to the defect(s). If you do not wish to receive a replacement product, simply make a refund request by email contact@aero-uk.com
The warranty period for this product begins the day after you receive the product. If you cannot provide valid proof, such as a purchase invoice, the warranty start date is subject to the activation period. If this is not the case, the warranty start date will be extended for 90 days from the factory date indicated on the unit.
This warranty does not apply to :
Products that have been exposed to abnormal operating or environmental conditions, accidents, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized modifications, misuse, improper installation or repair, or improper storage.
Products showing evidence of tampering or alteration of the serial number label, seal mark, etc. Products with altered or deleted flight protocol details.
Damage caused by the connection or use of accessories or other products that have not been approved or validated by the company.
Defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative or structural elements such as frames and parts that do not work.
Products damaged by external causes including, but not limited to, fire, water, dirt, sand, leaking batteries, blown fuses, theft or improper use of a power source.
